FACTS
Within the GIS we strongly believe in an integrated ‘TE:AM’ approach to our service delivery, which will help our athletes realise their potential. By doing so we aim to improve the whole athlete by developing their life skills, education and career prospects along with their sport.
Annual training plans are built around the needs of the individual athletes who are encouraged to take responsibility for determining their own goals and development under the guidance of expert staff.
