Athletic Achievments :

• Squad Member of Scottish Touch RugbySquad - European Champions
• Scottish Surf Rescue Squad Member - 3rd position Home Nations

Career Details :

• Studied at UoA
• Moved and played rugby in the Cayman Islands
• Returned and now work in the Sports and Exercise Team. Do everything from lecturing, teaching, coaching, S&C work... variety is fantastic.

Career Highlights :

• Every day is highlight, great to work with enthusiastic sports participants
• Also, "heeling" a rugby ball over a famous rugby player in International 7's - he put me to the gorund just after!!

• Yachting - University of Aberdeen S&C work
• Surfing - University of Aberdeen Surf Club instructing

• Live for sport, would not be happy without it! Seem to be a jack of all trades... lucky to be able to turn my hand to practically everything.
