GIS Curler David Edwards, (pictured second from the left) and his team clinched the Men's Mini Tour title this weekend. The Mini Tour consisted of 3 rounds at Lockerbie, Hamilton and Galleon.

In the first round, held in Hamilton at the beginning of October, David and his team were runners-up, losing 3-7 after 8 ends in the final against Team Stobo. After the Hamilton round, Team Stobo and Team Edwards shared top place in the rankings going into the second round at Lockerbie on 19th-21st October. The team were undefeated at this round, winning in the final 7-1 against Team Patrick. The Edwards team did not compete in the third and final round at Galleon this weekend, but were overall winners of the Men's Mini Tour after success in the previous two rounds.
