The GIS Track and Field athletes work with their individual coaches at various venues across Grampian. These coaches focus on the technical detail of the athlete’s performance. The coaches are responsible for drawing up an individualised annual plan for each athlete, which highlights the season/year goals and the steps required to reach them. This plan incorporates the various services that the athlete will receive in addition to the technical support from the coach.
